Why you need to wear your men’s shoes at work
By MARTIN KALBOWSKI, Associated PressWOLVES BEARING: Men’s boots may be your new favorite footwear, but it’s also a source of stress.
For many, it’s a reminder of their male privilege, and for many, men are also the ones who need help with the task of running errands.
That’s because men’s footwear is expensive.
A $1,500 pair of Men’s Bamboo Shoes costs about $400, according to the U.S. government.
Men’s shoes cost more than $1.5 billion annually.
The National Retail Federation estimates that men’s sneakers cost about $5,400, while women’s sneakers are valued at $2,000.
But men’s shoe prices can be lower than they used to be, experts say.
The average price for a men’s pair of shoes in 2016 was $1.,900, compared to $1 million in 2015, according the American Journal of Preventive Medicine.
The U.K. National Health Service has said it will be taking men’s knee pads out of the market.
“Men’s footwear will never be the same,” said Sarah Brown, a consultant for women’s footwear at the UBS Retail Research Centre.
“I’m very happy to see it go back to where it used to go.
But it’s not the end of the world.
I don’t think it’s going to be the end for men’s, for footwear.”
Men’s footwear was once considered a men-friendly product for women, but a growing number of studies show that men are paying more for their footwear than women.
Men are spending more than double the amount of their earnings on shoes in 2019 compared to the year before, according a study by the consulting firm McKinsey & Co. The same study found that men were spending an average of $1 per week on footwear compared to women, according
